Pop Up Neighborhood BMX Dirt Track

Some awesome kids in the neighborhood went to a soon to be developed and also contentious property, took out a rake, and made a super small BMX dirt track. There was also a small cyclocross course in there. Fun times!

A ways down the road is a huge trash pile. What I know of it, the dump harvests the methane for power which is very cool. And from where I was, I thought I saw that those were solar panels laying on top of the pile. I hope so because that would be cool.

These knickers are on their way out. New ones are on their way.

What I learned, if the pants are too big, there is too much sewing work to do to actually make decent cycling knickers. Plus the polyester fabric on these pants were not all that great to ride in, too much chafing.
