Watch Out!

Watch out or else get a ticket. Hopefully the pictures are clear enough to see.

Atlanta Bike To Work Challenge Day 3

Morning: multi-modal commute; bike, bus, bike. Its my regular morning commute.  It was a nice cool morning.

Afternoon: nice ride home. There were a couple of things I should have stopped and taken pictures of but I didn't. Maybe they will be there next week.

Its great to see the leader boards for the Bike To Work Challenge. I am nowhere close to the top 10 or even top 20 bit it's great to see people are riding. I see a couple of familiar names and didn't realize that they rode so much. Again great to see.

Atlanta Bike To Work Challenge Day 2

It was a cool ride in this morning. Much better weather than yesterday. Total bike commute time was around 35 minutes. Maybe its because of the Bike To Work Challenge or maybe I just don't ride into work very often but there a lot of bike commuters on the road this morning. It was also nice to ring my bell and say 'Good Morning' to people.

The Bike To Work Challenge has already started posting leader boards.

Update later on my afternoon bike commute.

Update, another great ride home. Weather was nice, people on the Path, people on bikes, lots of bell ringing, etc.

Atlanta Bike To Work Challenge Day 1

I thought I would document the Atlanta Bike To Work Challenge. Today started off with rain so instead of riding all the way into work, I used my normal multi-modal way. I biked to the bus stop, rode the bus, and then rode my bike to where I lock up.

I will update later with my afternoon commute.

Update: The afternoon commute was in the drizzle. I tried out the Eastside Beltline path starting at Piedmont Park, 10th and Monroe. It was a nice ride, a wide path, great art, and the views were great. I was hoping to take it all the way to Freedom Parkway and pick up the Path there. But the Eastside Beltline path stopped at the Ponce bridge. So I detoured through the Highlands. It was a good ride in the drizzle.
